All equipment is sold AS-IS, no warranty unless otherwise specified in description.

Shipping:

Robots Are shipped as soon as payment is received in full ,and load on truck for free, shipping can be arrange ask quote.

Spares parts will be shipped upon receiving founds for this transaction.

Pick up is available for all items, shipping is available worldwide and some extra charges may apply.

Payment:

All payments are expected in 10 business days after receiving proforma from Lopes & Ca. Lda, we will accept for international sales, wire transfer, PayPal, and for National sales wire transfer, check, cash, PayPal.

Liability:

Seller makes no claims as to the equipments compliance to Lopes & Ca. Lda, or any other safety standard, and is held harmless regarding any cost resulting from non-compliance.  The seller and its agents are to be held harmless for any personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of this equipment. 

It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect or otherwise verify safety standards relating to this equipment.  It is the buyer’s responsibility as to the safe handling and operation of this equipment.

Portugal Sales Tax:

The 23 % sales tax applies to all Portuguese residents, not apply to international sales
